I’m a daughter, a mother, a sister, a spouse, a teacher, a learner, a yoga practitioner, a diagnostician, a counselor, a gardener, and so many other roles that I live. I have lots of training and even more experience. Mostly, though, I am a fellow traveler in this “wild and precious life.” I’ve experienced highs and lows, some hardships, some joys, and the everydayness of living. I understand the struggle of anxiety, and I am constantly redefining what it means to live a “balanced” life. I don’t have all the answers, but I will help you to find the answers that work for you.
I am curious about you and what drives you and what makes you, you. In exploring your uniqueness and what works for you and what doesn’t work for you, we can discover how you can make the changes you want or meet the goals that you’ve set. I’m not interested in changing you; I’m interested in walking beside you as a supportive guide while you find your way. I’m interested in being alive and in working with you, so you do more than just get by, you thrive.
